Delicious Cheesy Beef Noodle Casserole

Instructions

Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Add chopped onion, green pepper and garlic and simmer till tender. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine cooked noodles and parsley and stir together. Combine salad dressing, 1/2 cup cheese, eggs and milk and mix well. In a 9x13 pan, make a layer of noodles, salad dressing mixture, and ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

*Recipe called for Parmesan cheese, I used Gouda-very tasty. Any favorite cheese could be used. Increase amount of cheese, if desired.
