1 pound ground beef 1 large onion -- chopped 1 cup celery -- chopped 2 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce 1/2 cup rice -- raw 1 can mushroom 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 cup water 1 can bean sprouts to taste salt & pepper Instructions
Brown hamburger with onion & celery. Drain. Put in casserole and add remaining ingredients except bean sprouts. Bake in 350 degree oven uncovered for half hour. Cover, bake half hour longer. Drain bean sprouts and cover top of casserole. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
