2 lbs. green beans 1 T. red pepper 4 cloves garlic 4 large heads fresh dill 2 c water 1/4 c salt -- pickling or canning 2 c cider vinegar Instructions
In 4 pint jars, put 1/4 everything. Combine water, salt & vinegar; bring to boil and pour over beans. Put lids on tight and put in pan of water {warm} up to neck of jar. Bring to boil and boil 5 minutes. Makes 4 pints.
