1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup onion -- chopped 1 envelope taco seasoning mix 1 15 1/2 oz. tomato sauce 1 15 oz. whole kernal corn -- drained 2 cups Cheddar cheese -- shredded 2 cups Bisquick 1 cup milk 2 large eggs Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and onion; drain. Stir in dry seasoning mix, tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients till well blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake for 35 minutes.
