1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 medium onion -- chopped 1 clove garlic -- minced 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3/4 lb. cheese -- grated 1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce 2 16 oz. cans chili beans 1 large can whole kernel corn -- drained 1 large can pitted black olives 6 flour tortillas Instructions
Brown ground beef, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Put tortillas, meat, sauce, beans, cheese, corn and olives in layers. Cook at low 5 to 7 hours in crock pot.
